Hi There!

I’m the photographer behind Tessa Biagi Photography, based in Syracuse, New York and traveling throughout New York and New England for events and sessions.

Photography has always been part of my life. I grew up in a small village in Southern Vermont, but spent much of my childhood traveling with my family. My parents always had a camera nearby, capturing everything from big, once-in-a-lifetime moments to the everyday in between. That appreciation for documenting life runs deep—my grandmother was a newspaper photographer in San Francisco, and my great grandparents were both passionate photographers who were part of a photography club.

I’ve been behind the camera for over fourteen years, and officially launched my business in 2022. I specialize in event and lifestyle photography, with a style that’s natural, minimal, and focused on capturing moments as they actually feel.

Outside of photography, community is a big part of who I am. I’m very involved locally and value the relationships, connections, and shared experiences that bring people together. That perspective carries into my work—every session or event isn’t just about photos, it’s about documenting something meaningful.

When we work together, my goal is simple: to create images that feel like you. Nothing overly posed or forced—just honest, elevated, and lasting.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my two daughters and family—reading, hiking, watching football, traveling, or doing something that probably ends up getting photographed anyway.
